CPM pricing is dynamic. Auction conditions change constantly, which means a fixed bid rarely stays optimal for long.

Smart bidding with Smart CPM solves this, adjusting bids automatically within your max price.

To enable Smart CPM, simply toggle on Smart bidding. You can conveniently set a max price above the suggested one. After your campaign starts, bids adjust automatically, ensuring you purchase traffic at the most competitive prices.
Enabling Smart CPM
You can use Smart CPM on Popunder and soon on other ad formats as well.
- Click “Create campaign” on the left side menu.
- Select the Popunder ad format.
- Scroll down to the Pricing section.
- Toggle Smart bidding — Smart CPM is enabled.


Enabling Smart bidding switches CPM to Smart CPM. It also allows you to set the maximum price — the upper limit you are willing to pay per 1,000 impressions.
