A look at how ClickAdilla combines its own antifraud system with independent external evaluation from Kaminari Click to give advertisers stronger, more reliable protection.
At ClickAdilla, maintaining clean traffic and protecting advertisers' budgets has always been our top priority. As the platform grew, it became obvious that we needed an extra layer of safety, which is when we turned to Kaminari Click. Internal antifraud filters are powerful, but having an external evaluation system allows us to double-check quality, spot blind spots, and make faster decisions when something unusual happens.
To learn more about how this multilayered protection works in practice, Kaminari Click spoke with our staff. Yanсhan, ClickAdilla's Team Leader Accounting, discusses why we introduced an external system, what changed after the integration, and which aspects proved to be most helpful on a daily basis.
Alen: At what stage of platform growth did you add an external system to your in-house evaluation?
Yanchan: We implemented new optimization tools, integrated micro-bidding by spots, and with manual work from account managers (blacklisting spots and sources) achieved high ROI. As volumes grew and settings expanded, controlling all sources required more resources. That’s why we added an external evaluation system, to compare its results with our in-house data and strengthen confidence in quality stability.
Alen: What was the hardest thing to catch on your own?
Yanchan: The key task was getting real-time analytics on traffic quality. Since spoofing and automated traffic are excellent at masking themselves, we needed additional tools to detect them on the fly and immediately have the necessary data at hand.
Alen: Why did you choose Kaminari?
Yanchan: Our partners we work with via RTB integration started bringing us Kaminari reports. It’s important for us to use unified evaluation systems with clients, so we decided to try adding their system to ours. Besides, Kaminari showed high detection accuracy with only a small discrepancy.
Alen: What changed after integration?
Yanchan: We use Kaminari as an additional tool in our antifraud measures. The system helped us improve the efficiency of detecting and blocking suspicious traffic. Thanks to it, we understand traffic sources better and can make quick decisions to protect advertisers’ budgets. We’d especially note the system’s speed, in our field that’s critical.
Alen: What do you use most often?
Yanchan: Analyzing new publishers. If traffic looks suspicious, it goes straight to extra verification. Automatic blocking based on fraud signals. Public reports to show suppliers concrete cases. This really saves time.
